RETURNS
We will gladly accept and fully refund returns on all other purchases made on our website which are in original condition, with tags, unworn, and unwashed. All returns must be made within 30 days.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges will ONLY be provided for any item(s) that you receive incorrectly, damaged, or defective. If you received an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at (989) 460-8393.
Steps to Return an Item:
1) Fill out the return form on backside of packing list.
2) Send completed form and items you are returning to the following address.

3) Allow 5 business days after package has been received for refund to be processed and your account to be credited.
SHIPPING
If the item is in stock.
Orders received before noon EST ship same day. Orders received after noon CST ship next business day.
If the item is out of stock.
Back orders are not allowed at this time.
PICKUP
If you choose to pick up the order, an email will be sent to you to inform you when the order is available for pickup.
Custom Personalization
If the order contains personalized items, the order will ship as soon as possible. You will be contacted when the order is completed.
